I.                   WHEN WE GIVE GOD COUNTS THE COST

1. Awed by wealthy gifts! More by sacrificial gifts.

II.                WHEN WE GIVE GOD SEARCHES THE AMOUNT THAT IS LEFT.

1. Don’t look at size of gift but the giver! Truth: Gift not impressive till see leftovers!

III.             WHEN WE GIVE GOD CONSIDERS CONDITION OF HEART.

1. 2 Corinthian 9:7 Paul says make your mind up! Don’t Follow formula; give not in response to pressure but from heart! Attitude is important over amount!

IV.              WHEN WE GIVE, GOD EVALUATES OUR TRUST IN HIM!

1. Widow walked uncertain about next meal. (2 Corinthian 9:8)

1. When God measures heart’s intention, you’ll always come out on top!

1. Get involved in how your offering is used!
